SwiftIt is a digital card platform that allows event hosts to create event pages and receive digital cards from guests. The service includes event creation, RSVP management, and digital card processing.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SwiftIt for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or offensive content, to impersonate others, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Payments & Fees

SwiftIt may charge fees for premium features. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

6. Privacy

Your use of SwiftIt is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use personal information as described therein.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on SwiftIt — including designs, logos, and code — is the property of SwiftIt or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

SwiftIt is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SwiftIt after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
