Is SwiftIt really free to use?

Yes — our Free plan lets you create up to 3 events, collect RSVPs, and accept digital gift cards with no credit card required.

Can guests send gift cards without an account?

Absolutely. Guests never need to sign up. They visit your event link, pick a design, add their personal touches, and send — all in under two minutes.

How do hosts receive gift money?

Gift funds are collected and paid out via Stripe. Premium hosts get daily payouts; Free hosts receive payouts within 3 business days.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. You can change your plan at any time from Account → Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Is there a trial for Premium?
